Pet washes: Free wash is based on availability; first come, first served.

Pet Food: Most dog and cat food brands are buy 12 bags get the 13th bag free. The free bag must be the same brand and equal or lesser value than purchased bags.

Frequent Buyer: Discounted or free Frequent Buyer items must be the exact item / SKU# to qualify for the free/discounted rewards program.

Each time you buy a qualifying item, we will track it in our system.

When you have reached the value of a free bag it will automatically be redeemed at check out.

Rewards Points: Points cannot be used towards food, sale items, fish, and other exclusions may apply.
